I was put on FMLA by my employer because she thought my Dr had arranged that, never did. My Dr only put me out for a couple of weeks. Even had a return date, but my employer let me go and had me sign a hand written paper a week before my FMLA even ran out

Was put on FMLA by employer because she overlooked the part that stated by my Dr, I can still do my duties. Employer never read that and misplaced my return date if 2 weeks. I was let go because my FMLA ran out, and i should have never been on it to begin with. They know it was their mistske, and admitted it to me. But will not give back the job I lost and now I am homeless, carless, and credit is ruined.
