Broke a bone in my left hand do to a fall at home last June. Do to poor health care, and a cast that was put on to tight, I now have the bone sticking up on the top of my hand, and the second knuckle is in the palm of my hand as well as it caused nerve damage leaving me with CRPS. I continue with therapy, and have had a ganglion block with several more blocks to follow in the future.

The employer's obligations to accommodate depends on a lot of factors, including your job duties, limitations, the employer's business, their resources, etc... You should discuss your situation with an experienced employment attorney to find out what your legal and practical options are.
