I was hired for the position of a General Manager in a Gentlemen Club in Phoenix. I was there for 5 months. Their is drugs and prostitution going on in there and according to the owners has been for 30 years. I told the owners that I can’t keep working

I was hired 5 months ago to be a General Manager at a Gentlemen Club in Phoenix. The club has a bad reputation and history of prostitution and drugs. I kept telling the owners that it has I be cleaned up or I can’t work here. I refuse to go to jail over the illegal activities going on in the club. He called me today to tell me that they just don’t think they need a General Manager right now and they can’t afford to pay me so their letting me go. Months of continual stress, affecting my health and family situation. I feel that this was their excuse to get rid of me bcuz I won’t work in that kind of environment. Is this constructive discharge? Unlawful termination? Can I hire an attorney and sue???
