I was hired as a CDL driver and my employer wants me to do ware house as well, can he force me to do this?
there was an ad on craigslist for a cdl driver. I applied and was given the job. after being there for over 2 years my boss now want me to work in the warehouse part time or I will be terminated. physically I cant work the warehouse. my pay is not being reduced. can he fire me in California for not working in the warehouse if I am a professional driver and that was the scope in which I was hired?
