I was falsely accused with no witnesses does the accusation hold weight?
I was accused of harassment by a individual that just hates me that I have had no contact with in 3 months and she was able to convince someone else to agree that I sexually harassed her , how do I combat that? I enjoy my job and normally keep to myself, but I feel this is a witch hunt just to get me fired because I was promoted, what should I do ? and no , I never did make any comments of that nature, its a grudge I have with these individuals because I prefer to keep my distance.
