I was demoted without a write-up or anything. I came to work and was demoted two weeks after my probationary period.
A 56 year old co worker dropped product on the floor. He picked it up and threw it on dump tank. Line lead was there as well as me. But I got demoted and I didn't know he dropped anything how is this fair to me.
