I was accused of sexual harassment by placing my hand on the arm of an employee I was complimenting on doing a great job in front of a customer and was terminated even after I have complained to my boss of collusion by my assistant manager who was upset t

Terminated on the grounds of manufactured accusations with several employees I have one being my assistant who admitted prior that he was resentful towards me for him not getting the job. The assistant was running the business for 3-4 months before I was offered the job and has developed a bond with the staff. My assistant told me the team told him they weren’t going to take direction from me because he is their manager. I’ve shared this and several other undercutting comments with my boss who’s advice was he understood my concerns and “ I have to look at what I get from the job” my supervisor said to me if I saw the email my assistant sent to him “undercutting “ me . I was terminated without cause and don’t feel I was given the adequate support in my concerns about working in the hostile environment that I shared with him for months. I was terminated yesterday after being interrogated the day before.
