I suffered severe depression for 2 year; went out for hip surgery, signed my co-worker in hrs signature, and put my own information, which was off. I admitted, thinking, HR would make proper corrections, or offer help. Was terminated for gross misconduct.

Terminated for gross misconduct, after hip surgery, due to putting incorrect information, and signing co-workers name, because I assumed she missed a spot. Freely said I did, because my intention was certainly not malice.
