I recommended the credit union branch function with out a manager on site. I work with the four person team and recommended two promotions for daily operations. Promotions were approved. I submitted my resignation but the escrow was terminated and the sale did not take place. The Vice President asked Me to extend my resignation to train the staff I their new positions and complete the conversion project for six weeks. Because the resignation was formed to be self employed and I restructured the current job to function without a manager, there was not a job to go back to. Am I entitled to unemployment? Please advise
