I recently resigned from my job however I recanted and sent documentation to HR for investigation and they decided to except my resignation. I had major undue stress due to my Supervisor's husband calling me asking me personal wuestions aboutvmy boss and wanted mevto basically spy on her, I told him no and then told my boss what he had done. He then hot angry asked why I told her he called. He then called a vendor contractors wife and told her I was having an affair with her husband. This is all documented. The husband of the supervisor served his wife with court papers, and restraing order and took child away, then they reconciled. During this time I was being harrased by the contractors wife. I expressed my concern to my Supervisor, she transfered me to another property in another town, then I took two PTO days to rest and go to the Dr. And she called me on the first pto day and said I didnt complete a form, and missed a conference call and threatened a write up if I did not complete I became so upset I resigned fue to the stress and ended up in the hospital with severe anxiety attack because of all this twice all documented.. I sent everything to HR and they decided to except my resignation due to their being a communication breakdown and not being repairable even though i recanted.. Do I have any recourse?
