What can I do if I believe I was terminated due to age, health and retaliation?

I am over 50. I have been treated differently and standard requirements placed on me were not placed on those in same position that are much younger. Events that are too numerous to list were put into action several m months ago to ensure as ure I was let go. Options provided to others with lower performance, poor attendance, less years worked and substantially less success in their employment history were not given to me, even when requested. Comments and public degrading behaviors were made regarding my health, age and mental status were made and recognized by others to the point of making them uncomfortable.
