I have worked for a company for 21 years and they have always had a policy of accruing vacation at beginning of the year. So for 2019, I should have 240 hours of vacation starting January 1. Now this year they suddenly changed to a accrual per pay period. Can they do this, or are we entitled to the time based on the previous policy. I work from my home in Kentucky.
