I recently had to have 2 shoulders and was off work. I have doctor statements of everything. I have been with this company over 17 years for the past 9 and a half I been a manager. Never had any issues write ups n have only missed my production number 3x. Since I got released n returned to work my boss said he denoting me because I was off work. I was replaced by someone who only had a half of point until they pointed out. My attendance is excellent n I never miss. I have had ,o issues at all. But I feel that since he is dating a girl there he passed my position to her cousin. I feel it's wrong

If more that 50 people work for this company at your location, and you worked at least 1,250 hours in the year before your leave, then the Family and Medical Leave may apply, in which case you should have been restored to your previous position as long as your leave was less than 12 weeks.
