I have received an appeal that has been transferred by the director to the review commission. I one the first appeal, but an now having to do a telephone hearing. What should I expect? Does this mean my previous company is further appealing the state of O

I was fired in my backyard while my supervisor was drinking alcohol. I have never been written up or reprimanded while on the job. I am unsure of what they are going to appeal. My supervisor did tell me that I have had a pristine record, but the company we were working for was not happy that bolts and a pallet were left on a pad and someone had to have been made an example of.
