I have intermittent FMLA for the migraines I suffer. Two or three years ago my employer started requiring me to get my papers filled out twice a year. So on June 30 my FMLA expires. What I didnt understand was they were also going back a year and checking

I have worked for the company 8 years. The nurse is working with me, checking every few days to see if I qualify yet, I just feel this is a type of harrassment because my using the FMLA is inconvenient for them. I only qualify for 12 weeks a year, how can they make it expire in 6 months and withhold my days until I qualify with the hours again??
