I have worked at my place of business for 11 years..I was diagnosed with migraines years before I started working there. Once I found out about FMLA ..I approached hr...and got my doctors certification...never was a question asked about any of the days I took off..until June of 2015..Hr actually encouraged me to ask my doctor to up the amount of days off she originally set.

The FMLA has fairly detailed regulations about what your employer can and cannot do. From the limited information you have provided, it sounds like your employer may have violated one or more of those regulations. I recommend that you contact an employment lawyer directly to discuss your legal rights and options.
