I have been with my job for over 5 years now. In the company there is a position right under supervisor, called a floater. I, along with a few others, was a floater. My supervisors boss demoted me without reason, just said I was a waste of money basically
I was demoted with no reason, and there are others who have the same title as I did, but still have their jobs. Even though I was to the whole position was being removed.
