I have a non compete for 3 yrs with a preschool I sold , she closed the doors on the buisness because of health reasons, do I still have to wait the 3 yrs?
I have a preschoolI sold a 1 and a half ago , I had a non compete agreementfor 3 yrs, and a 3 county radious she shut down buisness becauseof health reasons , do I still have to wait the 3 years to get a jobin this county?
