I got terminated from Boeing for failing drug test. It’s been 2 years and now Boeing is doing good, I wonder is there anything in Boeing company policy to allow people to come back when they are clean.

I got terminated for failing drug test. 1st time they gave me a chance to go to rehab and a 3 years probation. I followed everything they required and stayed in the program for 2 years and 7 months. Accident happen when I went to a wedding and got prank by a group of young kids. They mixed drug in the drink. That was happen in the weekend until Monday I came to work and fail a random drug test. I worked for the company almost 20 years and have a lot of sick times and vacation, if I used drug again I should know and take time off until it clear. This incident happened without my knowledge and I cannot prove them that I am innocent. I ‘ve been living in a life miserable after that incident. I wonder if you have any advice or any idea to help me to get the job back.
