I feel retaliation my be in the works. Who should I be contacting what can I do about it?

I have not yet been retaliated against but, I do have a fear of it coming my way. The situation is that I was involved in a company investigation based off of my word versus another. Once that investigation was over the manager involved has now gone around asking co-workers about topics brought up in that investigation and my direct boss had a talking to about a piece involving the investigation. About company expectations that were not discussed with me and they should have been. Now the manager that was in the investigation has been lingering around more. Is there something I can do or notify about my concern? We are not suppose to share the investigation with anyone at this point an it seems that through he hasn't directly he has based questions to other employees off of that investigations events.
