I feel as if I wasn’t terminated in the right way. What do you think?
I’ve this company half of my life. And worked my way from the bottom to the top. I had excellent work history. No write ups. Always hit the numbers asked of me. Sacrificed so many things in my personal life bc I literally worked so much. 13 years with this company. And they tell me when they opened back up for business “I didn’t make the list” to come back I assume they mean. For NO REASON. I was on furlough under the impression I was returning to work. I was a salary manager. And during my furlough I answered calls, emails, handled employees, and payroll and I have not received my wages for that.
