Legally is there anything I can do when a fellow employee is giving work information to my ex?
My ex moved a woman he met twice into our home as my kids and I were moving out. We are 29months into a divorce. His girlfriend has 36 criminal charges in her home state over 11 years. She has been caught secretly recording his family members who still have a relationship with me. Now she works at the same company as I do and his giving my ex information like what I went to training for, days off via my outlook calendar, etc. This information is public to employees but she is using it for personal reasons and we are still in a legal battle for custody etc.
