I am a F&B Manager and have a co manager that is sexually harassing the ALL female FOH staff. I have statements, txt sent to girls from this managers phone that they have sent me. I have sent all this to the owners for the past 9 months and all they say is we will talk with him. Even though in the owners txt to me he says " this just adds fuel to the fire and we will talk with him". How many statements, txt, and " we will talk with him" is it going to take for this to stop and please, what steps do I take to make it stop?
