I am a disabled veteran. In the pass year I filed an EEOC case against my employer for passing over me with job opportunities and discriminating by not promoting or affording black American veterans the same opportunities he has afforded other non veterans black or white. Since then I have requested for a higher level detail one that I was qualified to do, and the vacancy was opened in my unit. I was again passed over resulting in me filing an additional complaint with the EEO office. Immediately this job was given to someone outside my unit. I immediately requested to perform higher level duties in that individual vacant job and was ignored and within two weeks that position was given to someone else. I believe my employer has retaliated against me for engaging in a protected EEO. What can I do, who can I speak with. I'm am literally stressed and this has taken its toll on my mental and physical state. Please help
