I am a Sergeant in a local police department. I have been written up several times because my Corporal consistently has a poor work performance and he will not listen to anything that I have tried to retrain him on. I have an officer who I have written up
Unlawful demotion because of someone else's wrongdoings.. I have constantly been written up because my officers behaviour after they have been properly trained by myself and others. Been accused of sleeping with female officers.. been accused of bringing contraband in the jail.. demoted cause an officer didn't follower chain of command.. I never had eork performance issues until two officers came to my shift that truly did not like me... onr ofgicer has a personal friendship with the Major of the jail.
