I am a female insurance agent in Michigan. The agency I work for has all 1099 agents. I am one of two women agents. The agency requires attendees at the main office two days per week. Male agents do not adhere to this rule and have no negative ramifications as a result.

At client meetings, coffee and cookies are served. Male agents are not required to remove the dirty dishes from the conference room and clean the table. Female agents are.

Male not required to do their own document scanning and data entry, female agents are.

Scheduling conference rooms are required to ensure professional environment for clients. Male agents disregard this rule and take conference rooms schedule by female agents.

This is just a sample of the procedures male agents refuse to follow. My question is do I have a case for sexual discrimination because it appears the rules only apply to women. These types of issues are affecting my income.
