I WAS FIRED AND MY EMPLOYER OFFERED ONE WEEK OF SEVERANCE PAY- I DONT WANT TO ACCEPT IT BECAUSE HE IS JUST OFFERING IT SO I WONT GET UNEMPLOYMENT. DO I HAVE TO ACCEPT IT? WILL IT AFFECT MY CLAIM WITH UNEMPLOYMENT? PLEASE HELP
should I take it or not, I really don't want it because I don't want to lose my unemployment benefits.
