How would i file a report on co workers?
I worked at this place since Aug. and it seems like they over working me and you can see how the people there mistreat you, by making you clean the dirtiest thing there and laugh about it and how some people there act around you by giving you dirty looks and cuss when you need their help on something. Could it be that i'm another race (asian) and the other co workers is white? When i come into work, they gather up and stare and talk and laugh. sometimes i can hear what they say about me, but i just keep quiet and just try to avoid it. how can i file or handle this?
