How can I decline to relocate to my current employer’s location without giving them cause for termination?
I have been working remotely for them for over 2 years, and there was nothing in the employment agreement stating I needed to move there as a condition of my employment. Circumstances have changed because I have a family member who's health is failing and I don't want to be too far away.
