Hi my husband works as a lab technician l and applied 5 times in the last 5 years for lab technician ll but they won’t give him the title but he is already doing the responsibilities of the position he is applying for is this discrimination?
He already performs the job but they don’t want to pay the additional money. He applied for the same position 5 times and is overlooked.
