Hello I was recently discharged for violation of policy regarding accessing relative case. On the contrary it was always said to document client encounters. There was no direction given on how to handle instance in which relative is involved, employer performed audit and found that I previously accessed case 10 years ago. At that time, I was employed by employer contracted by state, can they do this to me?
