Harassment for not breaking the rules

My wife works in medical field. The company she works for has many levels of providers working for physician owned practice. The group in her level wants to do things their own way against the desires and orders of the ownership. She has gone against the group in that she feels it is not right to put into jepardy the owners practice. She has been harassed and threatened when she has broken ranks and feels bullied. What recourse has she got?
