HIPPA

I was fired from a hospital job after being accused of leaving a threatening message on a patient's voice mail, including personal information. During the course of the investigation I was told the patient's name. I asked if the patient had my name as well and was told no. Now that the hospital has closed the investigation and let me go, are they still unable to disclose my name? I didn't actually do this, and don't want this person to know my name.
