worked for a hospital hired full time has been there almost a year and hardly ever got a full week. I had to call every night to see if I can go to work. 3 weeks ago I did not get to work all week! I went and got another job and put in my 2 week notice even though the new job wanted me to start right away. I had 4 days left to work when they texted me said they need help for me to come in now and they needed to talk to me. I went in and they fired me! Said I laughed at a nurse, I am a CNA, they would not tell me who. Flat out lie! Then when I asked about my paycheck and PTO check they said when you are fired you don't get anything! I worked the night before! Come to find out they hired 2 New CNA' s. One is 8 months pregnant and the other one is the bosses daughter! Is that not nepotism? And why hire more when you can't give me full-time hours! Can they not pay me and fire numerous people so they don't have to pay PTO? Thank you for any in put!
