Forced to find my own Job Accommodation?

My employer dissolved my position, and forced me into a position that I warned them would negatively affect my medical condition, which they already knew about. I applied for an accommodation, and they are telling me that I have 30 days to find a new position, apply for it, and pass the interview and be hired into that position, or they are terminating my employment. Do I have any recourse in this situation?
