Female employee refuses the sexual harassment of male office manager. He wants to fire her now.

Male office manager sexually harassing female employee. Employee turns down offer to go out with manager. Manager makes sexually explicit remarks about a floral screen saver on females computer. Employee told manager this made her uncomfortable. Manager then started laughing and telling another employee that 1st employee has a “dildo” on her desktop. Open office setting. Manager has history of sexual advances of employee. Employee shared the awlful experience w/ female bookkeeper and another female in the office.
Now manager is planning on firing employee ( info provided by bookkeeper) on Friday.
