Falsely Accued/ Writen Up/ And Blamed

I Have Been Blamed For Putting Away Pots & Pans. And Maping The Floor. With Out Sweeping Up. And Not Changing The Mop Bucket. And Not Cleaning To Pots & Pans! Before I Put Them Away. And! Pogging The Drains Up In The Kitchen. And I Have To Do Every Bodly's Wok In There Area's. That Is The Cleaning. That Is Sweeping The Floors After They Throw Food On The Floors. And If They Ask For A Pan Or Pot. When They Need It? They Stand There And Watch You Do It. And They Want You To Take All The Gabage In The Kitchen All Out At Once. They Want You To Do It All In A Short Amount Of Time. Why"ll They Stand Arount And? Watch You Do It.

Before I respond to your inquiry, I must state that we have not spoken, I have not reviewed the relevant documents and facts, and I do not represent you. Therefore, my discussion below is not a legal opinion, but is informational only. Finally, my discussion applies only to issues to which Pennsylvania or Federal law apply, unless otherwise specified.

That being said, it is hard to tell what question you are asking. However, if you have been falsely accused and disciplined because of (a) your race, gender, religion, ethic background, age, disability, etc., or (b) your complaint of discrimination or in retaliation for taking workers' compensation or other protected activity, you may have a claim against your employer.

If you would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact me at the below address(es) or number.
