Employment favortism

I wanted to know if there is anything i should do if my boss conducted a meeting with HR which was on her side during the meeting without hearing my side. Our practice is short of the only provider we had there due to illness and now its me and another employee. My manager threatened me and HR stating i could not be at the office doing nothing and the other employee is still working there and basically doing nothing and they have me floating to other offices. Is this fair?
