Employment agreement valid if name is different than legal name?

If i signed an employment agreement and the corp name is incorrect because they got denied the name by the State and they never had me sign one with the new name , would this be enforceable? I signed it in the 6th year of a 7 year employment agreement. They never changed the name on the agreement to their legal corporate name. There are no provisions in the agreement about name change, sale of business or mergers.
