Employer withholds child support for 6 months then stops for 5 months employee is in arrears finds out when injured in a car wreck on duty and is receiving worker comp then get a ticket for driving while suspended and loses his license for a year because
Employer withholds child support for 6 months then stops for 5 months employee is in arrears finds out when injured in a car wreck on duty and is receiving worker comp then get a ticket for driving while suspended and loses his license for a year because employee never reported it. Now employee with a traumatic brain injury and severely injured lower extremity can't drive or walk places. What options do I have.
