Employee right to veiw personnel file.
I need that law on personnel files in Florida that stipulates an employee can review his/her personnel file.
Does the HR Manager have to supervise.
Does any information have to be removed.

Employee right to view personnel file
No Florida law exists requiring private (non goverment) employers to allow their employees to review their personnel file. Courts have ruled that personnel files are the property of the employer.
