Doctors note
I have been with this company since they first opened my human resources manager informed me instead of having to get a doctors note every six months for my exempt from overtime to have the doctor put an expiration date on it. That was done and they had been abiding by it until a new human resource person came in a year ago and stated that they would not follow that
