Do I still have a chance?

I was bullied for three years at one job I worked at and finally had enough. The store manager was well aware of what was going on. I handed my written resignation to my hiring manager who replied very sarcastically,
“Well it’s been nice working with you and I wish you the best of luck.” I let her know my final two weeks.
When time came I couldn’t do it. I didn’t want to relieve the emotional and verbal abuse for two agonizing weeks. So I didn’t.
The job I recently was hired for at the time didn’t work out And when I went back and tried to get my old job back the other ASM said you can’t come back bc you didn’t finish out your two weeks and I said I couldn’t bc of what was going on and all she said was you could’ve called and explained the situation. I am trying to get rehired at the same place where I live now and I’m worried I won’t be eligible. Do I have a chance? I never was a bad employee.
