Do I have any recourse?
new employer recruited me away from my previous employer. They withheld the existence of a very restrictive non compete until after I had left my previous employer and started with them. They had hoped I would be compelled to sign since I had resigned from the previous employer. I refused to sign and now am left unemployed and uninsured.
