Do I have a good enough case to appeal my denial?

Ok so back in June I had hernia surgery due to an injury at work, I then had to take 8 weeks off and ended up returning to work pregnant. Ever since then my boss was treating me so much different than before. Even other employees were noticing it. I just ignored it, and sucked it up and let things go. I then went into labor this January, & was out of work until March 17. I was previously working 7-3 and when I asked my boss how I would be working when I returned she stated all the hours she had left were gonna be 1130-730. I didn't care for those hours too much considering I had a newborn at home. I asked her if those would be my permanent hours she responded again thats all she had. So I left it go, and then about a week later one of my co workers who worked 7-3 told her he would be going away in may for a boy scout camp and would be gone all summer. On Saturday while both my boss and I were off, I texted her asking her when that employee left for camp if I could have those hours. My boss then replied that that employee was not day shift, although clearly he was. And I stated that he was on the schedule 7-3. She responded "I DONT NEED DAYSHIFT! PERIOD!". Just like that. So I assumed she was yelling and being smart so I said "there is no reason for you to be a ***** and talk to me like that. It was a simple question" the following Monday I was fired for insubordination. And denied unemployment for the same reason. I feel I should appeal it. But I don't know. Can anyone help? Thank you!
