Do I have a claim in civil court based on these facts?

I sent a letter to hr director because I felt my rights were violated. After an investigation by the hr director, my claims of a hippa violation by my supervisor and also claims of fmla violation of interference to my fmla by another supervisor were all substantiated by the hr director. The hr director told me that there would be disciplinary actions taken towards the supervisors because of this. The disciplinary actions taken were just further education for the supervisors and written up. I filled through the EEOC but am waiting until after the government shutdown to schedule an interview with the EEOC. Since this time there has been several incidents of retaliation by the supervisors that make me feel they are trying to get me fired.
