Do I have a case against my interviewer/company?

I was recently asked in an interview if I was pregnant and when was I due. Once I advised them(relunctantly) that yes I was pregnant and due in January, they advised me it would take them too long to train me so it may not be worth it for them. This is discrimination right? I think it is unfair because I was qualified for the position but I am pregnant. Is it illegal for them to ask that?
