DISCRIMINATION

I have been employed for almost 12 yrs at a med clinic, which I love. Our office has accepted a new Practice Site Administrator that has made it clear to all employees that she is "boss". We are not allowed to give opinions, suggestions, comments, or complaints even when asked b/c it is used against us as disrespectful and unprofessional. I have been written up 2x in one month because I have been told I have a bad attitude and don't show the PSA the respect she deserves and in the same breathe told I have an excellent work ethic. Employees have approached me and tell me that I am being made an example. I have been asked if I like my job and that I need counseling for my issues. I don't want to lose my job and don't know what to do. Help.
