Contract for 1099?

I am working as an independant contractor. Do I need to have a contract in order to file self-employment taxes?

Ms. Milliken –

I am not able to assist you due to the press of other cases right now. It is not clear whether your concern is with taxes or the firm(s) that is/are using your services. I would recommend that you seek a consultation with a lawyer. A Wilmington lawyer who practices employment law and is a member of the NC Academy of Trial Lawyers is Auley Crouch at (910) 763-2727.
