Compensation for PTO when laid off.

I worked at a store in PA for a company that is headquartered in FL. The store closed, and I was offered Severance. The agreement states: "PTO is prorated from the beginning of the PTO year through the last day of work less any time taken. If there is a balance then that balance is paid out." As of my last paycheck, I had 80 hrs PTO. Shouldn't I be entitled to SOMETHING?
